Microfiction Monday #72: Fingers Crossed

Thanks again, Susan, at stonyriver, for hosting Microfiction Monday, where a story has to be told in no more than 140 characters (including spaces and punctuation).  Here is this week’s picture and my story to go with it.

Fingers Crossed!

Okay, I’ll just hide this odour-eater in my King’s shoe and hope it does the trick. If it doesn’t fix his stinky feet I’ll have to fly away!

  1. Sylvia, Thanks for your comments. We took a “Mexican Riviera” cruise with the Holland American Line Jan. 8-15, 2011. We were having our kitchen remodeled, so we took that cruise (to be out of the house during the remodel) because it was cheap, $399 per person. Then we spent another 10 days in southern CA visiting our 3 sons and staying in Oceanside at a time-share, to be gone from home long enough to make sure the kitchen remodel was finished. It wasn’t quite finished and we were without the use of our kitchen sink for 4 days. But it looks great now!
