Microfiction Monday #48

Microfiction Monday again, folks. Susan at http://www.stonyriver.ie/ gives us a picture every week and visitors write about it in 140 characters or less.

Here is this week’s picture and my story for it:

Irene and Ruby looked FINE in their almost-matching outfits, so Sergei sent for them both.
His ‘mail-order-brides’ arrived in Moscow Friday.

  1. LOL…I think Sergei is going to be very disappointed myself. LOL The look they both have…well there again, maybe their not happy to be going to Moscow. LOL Great take. Have a good one.

  2. Oh my goodness! This is SO SO funny! Mail order brides! HA HA…I know they used to order them FROM Russia (probably still do – look on Craig’s List)…but TO Moscow? Very funny.

And, by the way, on mine, YOU win the rubber chicken! The goal was to be happy! And we all find happiness in our own way!

  3. 1st scenario: “One if by land, two if by sea…”

2nd scenario: NIGHT bride, and DAY bride???

You did MARVELOUSLY, girl! AMAZING the different perspectives…LOVE it!
