Microfiction Monday # 41

Once again it’s Microfiction Monday, courtesy of Susan at stonyriver.ie
Stories must be 140 characters or less in length, based on the weekly picture or photo that Susan provides as inspiration. Check it out–lots of fun.

Here is this week’s picture and my story for it.

“Choose me.”
“Pick me.”
“I’m a good girl.”
“I’m healthy.”
“I love you.”
Melanie knew of only one fair way to decide. “Eeny, meeny, miny, moe…”

  1. Oh, I like this! When we went to pick out our last puppy, my heart was broken that I couldn’t take them all — then one picked *us* — the worst, naughtiest one! But we love him anyway. Still, maybe next time I’ll send my husband…

  2. Decisdions! Decisions! If eeny, meeny, miny moe doesn’t do the trick, there’s always this:
    “Moe, Larry and Curly Joe!
Tell me whicha way to go!”

    (Loved your “take”!)

  3. I also like the fact that you gave the “cherubs” voices. I love all the different ways people come at these pictures.

Thanks for commenting on mine. Please accept my condolences on the recent loss of your husband and soulmate.

  4. Looks like we were both on the same line of thought. If you like this 140, you should check out my Sunday 160. Same basic concept, but I give no theme to follow and only ask that you write in 160 characters plus spaces.
