Imagine my surprise when I checked my email Sunday morning and read that my eBook “POSTCARDS FROM HOME” was awarded ‘WINNER’ in the Humor category of the 2012 Global eBook Awards ceremony, held in Santa Barbara, California Saturday evening. It would have been nice to be at the ceremony, but I chose to attend my daughter’s bachelorette party instead (good decision on my part, right?).
I’ve updated the book’s blurb as follows:“Winner of the 2012 Global eBook Award for Humor, ‘Postcards From Home’ is a collection of short stories that explores the hilarious and often chaotic world of ‘life in the family lane’, seen through the eyes of a mother of two precocious children.
